JOB TITLE: Sales Manager
JOB LOCATION: Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Must meet the Sales Targets with target gross margin levels
* Assist the Sales Leader to implement sales and marketing strategies for the development
* Increase Quotation Hit Rate
* Generate new sales opportunities and expand customer base
* Will Work with Marketing department to capture competitors information and to plan marketing/pricing strategy to capture bigger share of the segment
* Evaluate customer specification requirements in order to prepare plant quotations
* Analyze business requirements of a particular market segment and develop business plan
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a challenging and rewarding sales role which combines specified marketing functions with territorial sales responsibilities.
* Reports to the Sales Leader.
* Will be responsible for growing the territory market share and development and implementation of growth strategies.
* Requires a strong customer focus and effective account management.
QUALIFICATION:
Must have Qualification in Engineering or Marketing
Minimum of 5 years sales experience
